For HygieNow payout / 1099 shifts, eligible hygienists can request a same-day Stripe payout for $5 after completion is confirmed. HygieNow initiates the payout same day; actual deposit timing depends on Stripe and the card/bank. Office payroll / W-2 shifts are paid by the office.
If an office sends you home early for reasons unrelated to your conduct, Guaranteed Shift Pay protects the posted shift rate.
