When an office has an open chair, they post a shift and we text nearby qualified hygienists. The whole process, from posting to confirmation, typically takes under an hour , often much faster.

Speed and simplicity. Hygienists don't need to download anything, create logins, or check an app. A shift invite arrives as a text, and a single "Y" reply confirms the booking. It works on every phone, and most shifts fill in under 15 minutes because there's zero friction.
No. HygieNow is a shift marketplace that facilitates connections between dental offices and independent contractor hygienists. We are not a staffing agency. We do not employ hygienists. They set their own rates, choose their own zones, and decide which shifts to accept.
