Pick a date, set start/end time, set the daily rate, and choose Instant Fill or Best Match. Takes about 30 seconds.
We text nearby hygienists
HygieNow automatically matches your shift to licensed hygienists whose zones overlap your office and whose minimum rate is at or below your offer.
Shift confirmed
For Instant Fill: the first qualified yes can confirm quickly. For Best Match: you review interested candidates and pick your top choice.
Shift day
Your hygienist arrives, works the shift, and your patients are taken care of. You can view their profile, certifications, and reviews beforehand.
Post-shift confirmation
We confirm completion, then text you any HygieNow charge notice based on the selected pay type. You have 2 hours to report any issues.
Payment handling
If no dispute is raised, any HygieNow charge is processed and receipted clearly. Office payroll / W-2 wages are handled by the office.
