Shift confirmed
For Instant Fill: first "Y" reply auto-confirms. For Best Match: you review ranked candidates and pick your top choice.
Shift day
Your hygienist arrives, works the shift, and your patients are taken care of. You can view their profile, certifications, and reviews beforehand.
Post-shift confirmation
We text the hygienist to confirm completion, then text you a charge notice. You have 2 hours to report any issues before auto-charge.
Auto-payment
If no dispute is raised, your card is charged: hygienist's rate + 10% service fee. Receipt sent via SMS.
